Ireland falls behind USA with 35 percent female and 65 percent male speakers and ahead of UK with 25 percent female and 75 percent male speakers. Kenya takes the first place for gender balance of speakers by country.
Gender distribution of speakers by industry shows that there is a big gap between higher education and education management speakers versus telecommunication and technology speakers.
Over the years, female representation has improved by only 2-3%.
Networking and conferences have the least female representation.
