As a part of the Dublin StartUp Week
we are delighted to invite you to another #IamRemarkable workshop where you will discover the art of self promotion, you will participate in group discussions and exercises to develop the confidence and skills to promote yourself effectively, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings.
#IamRemarkable is Google's initiative helping women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond. DiverseIn runs series of interactive sessions in cooperation with Magdalena Kuraczowska who is one of the #IamRemarkable facilitators. We share a great passion to empower other women but as we believe we are all stronger when acting together, so all groups are very welcome to join this workshop and in a supportive environment exchange experiences and learn from each other how to use their self-promotion skills more effectively. Agenda: 6pm-6.30pm attendees arrivals 6.35pm - workshop starts after a warm welcome from facilitators During the 90min #IamRemarkable workshop we will:
● Share data and research regarding self promotion and unconscious bias ● Go through the main exercise to help you articulate your achievements and practice self promotion ● Improve the motivation and self-promotion skills and share take home exercises ● Have a discussion on how we can change a social perceptions and refresh the conversation around self-promotion
