[Webinar] Thinking Differently about Neurodiversity at Work

When it comes to inclusion, neurodiversity refers to a world where neurological differences are recognised and respected as any other human variation. This includes people with differences like Dyslexia, Dyspraxia (DCD), Dyscalculia, Autism and ADHD. Approximately 15% of the population of the UK and Ireland are neurodiverse - representing a significant proportion of existing staff, job applicants and customers.

Expectations are growing for organisations to report on, act on, and advocate for neurodiversity in their workplaces. The unique strengths and talents of neurodiverse individuals also remain largely untapped. But what does positive change in an organisation look like in practice?

Hosted by neurodiversity specialists Lexxic and D&I Specialists Diverse In, this webinar is open for everyone from HR, Disability, D&I, Wellbeing leads, to those who work in IT, premises design, Marketing & Communications, etc.

Specifically, we will cover;

• An introduction to neurodiversity in the workplace

• Employers duty of care under the law

• Making the business case and getting buy-in from senior leaders

• How managers can recruit and empower neurodiverse talent

• Good practice examples of change in D&I at an organisational level

• Time for questions and interaction with you!
